All items shown on this site are collectibles & not suitable for children under 14 years.

The materials, glazes & designs used in the manufacturing of our products can be subject to slight variations in colour between batches; and as such we do not accept any liability arising from variations in colour & although every effort is made to minimise the problem, you should be aware of this especially If you are undertaking a project over a period of time.

Romney Miniatures reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.
Goods remain the property of Romney Miniatures until paid for in full.
 

Delivery of Goods

Standard UK Mainland : Orders are dispatched using either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or a Courier service

Orders are accepted subject to availability of goods and normally processed within 10 working  days, but at busy times or public holidays this may not be possible. Business days are considered to be Monday to Friday and do not include Bank Holidays.

Shipping costs are  subject to change without notice and will be changed in accordance with the Royal Mail Pricing Structure. We do not offer a guaranteed "Next Working Day" delivery option. 1st class postage "aims" to be delivered next working day (after dispatch)

Romney Miniatures can not be held responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery times.
In line with the Royal Mails lost package conditions we can not declare a package missing or lost until 28 days after dispatch.

It is the Buyers responsibility for Goods sent outside the UK, for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

From 1st July 2021, mail sent to the EU will no longer be VAT exempt. The receiving customer will then pay any VAT due when the goods arrive

**MAIL** If your order is going overseas; it is currently taking longer to clear customs and arrive with you!

International Tracking is available and the tracking number will be provided once shipped

Also be aware that if the tracked option is not selected during checkout then the parcel is not insured against loss or damage and Romney Miniatures can not be held liable 

Any breakages or discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
